Always a great trip!

The bus arrived 45 minutes late. The response from the attendant was traffic delays. Traffic is predictable in the city. On time arrival requires proper planning which obviously didnt happen!

I would not recommend this bus company as I would have in the past the issue was that the bus was an hour late because of the fact the bus driver did not have the help needed for this route. The bus driver was by himself in which 2 previous helpers had called out within the past couple of days prior which I find it very Crazy that sprinter did not Help the bus driver get a replacement driver or a replacement person to Help the bus driver on the day of our route going to Norfolk VA. The bus driver had to check all of the customers in upon getting on the bus and waste his energy before driving to pack the bags under the bus no 1 person should be able to handle all of this when it comes to such a long drive regardless how long someone has been driving. Sprinter needs to do a lot better when it comes to treating they're employees semployees/drivers With consideration. At the arrival of our destination there was other customers waiting for a bus that apparently was never going to show up in the first place that is a huge problem sprinter that needs to do better with communication to the customers as well and with this lastly is why I would not refer sprinter anymore to anybody else thank you and happy holiday.

It was cancelled due to the driver being at the hospital and I have yet to reach someone in regards to my refund.

Hi, definitely have a set number assigned. Lately in the NY station,people do not respect the line, they try to get in the bus as soon as the buss approaches. If you got there early and waited to get in to the bus first, they don't respect that and it is frustrating.

The driver Mr Steve was excellent! Pleasant ride!
