    This company has a horrible and rude customer service lady in Wilmington DE. I had my eticket which I presented to the customer service lady, according to her she did not find it on her system, she made wait until the bus was full and the only seat left was next to the bathroom and it was a damage seat that I could not sit straight. There were 4 empty seats next to the driver but he in a very rude way told me I couldn’t not sit on one of them. I had a very unpleasant time riding this buss.

    The bus was old made a lot of noise no WiFi where I was sitting. Seats had holes and very uncomfortable hope the bus going back is much up to date

    Bus price is reason taking me from New York to Delaware safely. Bus is old but I guess if you want newer bus payment is needed. Which will be higher fare price I’m ok with bus fare.

    Bus was reasonable for price. Passenger another subject was crazy. They almost got in a fight while getting off bus in new York.

    No rules on the bus for not loudly taking phone calls, listening to videos without headphones, etc. All the bus seats were reclined unnecessarily and people couldn't move them.
