Driver was really nice he made sure no one was left behind. He even turned the light off so we could get some sleep. He smiled and said goodbye to everyone as they got off the bus.

I appreciate the buses punctuality. However a 1 minute grace period would have saved me the $22 I lost this past Monday. Literally 60 seconds ??‍♀️.

Bus was not very full, so it was particularly comfortable--able to have an empty seat to mine. I was nervous about having to change buses in Philadelphia, but I was assured all would be well, and it was. Folks at the terminals, as well as the driver, were very pleasant and helpful.

I recommend this bus!

Unfortunately, as a passenger, the bus was quite full, so not so roomy. Traffic was terrible, not your fault. The driver did his best to make up time when he could. Don't understand why we had to stop in Delaware for a driver change, but both drivers were OK.
