    Driver was rude when telling us to get off the bus and the bathroom had a strong stench that could be smelled if anyone opened the bathroom door

    I really like taking this bus. The staff is always courteous, and the bus is always on time. Often, it arrives to the destination earlier than scheduled.

    I went to the bathroom at 11:50pm and left at 11:55pm and the bus that was supposed to pick me up at 11:59 apparently arrived early and left me off and there is no phone number you can call, everything is by email and they don't answer very quickly so I had to go on another bus from another company at 4am

    The bus was on time and the driver was very polite and allowed me to sit on the bus. He was actually 90mins early which was alright with me lol. There’s no sitting around there cause it’s under the bridge. The ride was good lots of AC clean WiFi was working and the charging was great! The whole ride was right on point.
