    The bus was late by an hour and it was a combined bus from another bus that was late. Would have been useful to provide info before the bus was 30 minutes late then an hour late.

    Bus was late but they did let us know early so that was ok driver let us get something to eat only thing its never any tissue or sanitizers in the rest room the driver was cool he let me know where the bus was changing since the other co lost its lease

    Bus company needs to do better with the rest rooms never no toilet paper seats to close together my knees hurt otherwise ok bus smelled like old urine

    The bus was late for both my pick up from New York as well as the departure back from Virginia Beach. They also left me a location that was not easily able to locate on GPS. Will not be recommending Good Year to anyone I know.
