The bus was an excellent way for my group of coworkers and myself to get to New York City econimincally. The only negative thing that I would say about our bus was that there was somewhat of a language barrier between the bus driver and some of the passengers. Our group could not always understand the directions that he was gibving us. Also, even though the internect would connect with my phone I was never able to use it. I'm not sure if it was just slow or what but my entire group experienced the same problems.

Had a problem with the fact I was switched to another bus and told it would not be full by the check in agent. It was full and I was so stuck in my seat as people feet their seats back. I wish I had of stayed on my 10:00 department. Did like that we stopped earlier than my going out trip. One of the drivers who is very young was very nice. I gave him a tip!!

Good deal for the low price. Just very cramped. Some passengers needing seats put in awkward position of having to confront a few individuals taking up two chairs who were less than willing to move over. Just look at it as an opportunity to observe the good and not so good in humanity (in terms of selfishness). I think the quality of the trip can vary depending more on the behavior of fellow passengers than a factor the driver or the bus company is able to control. But loved the direct route--only a few stops.

Hi Customer Rep, The bus that I was on from NYC to Cincinnati, it's toilet was stinking like crap. And the foul smell infused throughout the bus. Just managed not to throw up by getting out of the bus any moment I got. A simple $1 bathroom should solve this problem. Considering you guys are just the booking agent, you might want to convey this to your registered fleet of (Chinese managed) buses. Also, they assign seat numbers but no body follows it. If this were Asia it'd have been okay. But I guess we're in the United States of America! Being the only fleet of buses running to Cinci, I don't have any other option. Thus kind of stuck w/ this. Hope Megabus start their services soon. Cheers!

I enjoyed riding your buses. They are fast and comfortable. The drivers are punctual and nice. We left New York at 10:04 pm and arrived at Columbus at 7:03 am, and that despite of the pause we took waiting for the second driver's shift. Also, the fare is very reasonable. Job well done!

I would like a full refund of my $60. I spent $190 to fly for a ballgame. I double checked with the bus operator a few days before about the departure time. Then the night before at 11pm I get an email that the departure is now at 9:30!!! That cut my experience very short. That was very unprofessional. Then I rushed to get there at 9:10. NO ONE WAS THERE. I called at 9:45 and finally got through. The bus finally got there at 9:50. I was rushing all over the place looking for the bus. PLEASE REFUND ASAP. THANKS!

I feel disappointed about the bus quality (the 1st one from NY to OH) the space between seat was too short, the air conditioner was terrible, I was sweating and it was almost full and it got bad odor. I couldn't sleep because the girl that was seating in front of me was almost over my legs and the other one at the back was kicking during all the trip. It was my first time traveling with you and it was terrible. The second bus (transfer) from OH to IN totally different!

the lady who works at the canal office is the rudest person i've ever met. i mistakenly booked for the wrong day and she charged me 10$ to chnage the ticket plus 1 dollar to print the ticket... wasnt too nice about it either.

This was my second time using the bus. The drivers were both very skilled drivers, better than my first experience. I liked having a seat assignment. It was too cold though and next time I will be better prepared. My two children will use the bus this week to go to NYC. They were going to fly but this is less expensive. It would be nice if there were a sign to say how to get to metro when they get off at Canal. thank you

The lady at the bus station was screaming at people and the 10 hour bus ride was freezing even though many people requesters the driver turn off the AC and he said he would but never did.

I couldn't figure how to get a wifi connection: but the trip was so smooth and fast, that I didn't have time to miss it. It was a wonderful trip. There is a need for signage telling people not to put toilet paper in the toilet.

Bus was on time. We stoped twice, one 15 minute and one 10 minute. There was a driver change the second brake. Despite the heavy rain we made it by 930 am in manhattan (arrival was 9am). I would recomend this to a friend.

This bus was extremely nice and very comfortable. The temperature was perfect. The bus had outlets and the seating was spacious and nice. Someone was smoking a cigarette in the bathroom and it did make me uncomfortable and a little nauseous during the ride to NYC.

More affordable then Greyhound but less comfort. Communication at these stations is less than stellar. It's very confusing and leads to chaos for the customers. You should also have a bag check. I would recommend due to price but there are other things that have to be improved.

First driver swayed throughout the lanes of the highways making the ride bumpy and windy like an amusement park ride. I got little/no sleep. The 2nd driver and alternate driver was rude and loud. I got little/no sleep. The ride back from Colombus to NYC was better all around.

The bus aarrived 15 mins early and left 5 mins early. I appreciate the promptness but for someo?e else i can see how leaving before the time can be a big problem.
